PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method and a device for acquiring a two-dimensional high-resolution high-quality focal point image of a measurement object by performing control for rotating the measurement object non-linearly, measuring data with respect to the measurement object at respective rotation angles, and applying image reconstruction algorithm to the measurement data. SOLUTION: The image acquiring device 200 includes a transmission antenna 210, a reception antenna 20, a frequency conversion part 230, an RF signal generation part 240, a system control and signal processing part 250, a measurement object rotating part 260, and a display part 270. The measurement object rotating part rotating the measurement object 280 according to the control of the system control and signal processing part is provided with a stage for mounting the measurement object and a rotary shaft, while the system control and signal processing part processes an IF signal transmitted from the frequency conversion part, reconstructs a two-dimensional high-resolution focal point radar image, and outputs it via the display part.
