PURPOSE:To enable to compensate the error in modulation angle through the adjustment of stab length, by taking one of the stab inserted to the input and output port of the strip conductor as a variable length stab, and connecting one end of the variable length stab at the position to clip the inductance element. CONSTITUTION:Diode elements D1-D4 connected in ring shape, inductances L1-L5 of wire tying the strip conductor pattern and the elements D1-D4, and the carrier input terminal 10 applying the carrier among the connection points of the elements D1-D4, are provided. Further, the modulation wave output terminal 12 picking up modulation waves among the connection points of D1-D4 and the stabs 44, 42 to the terminals 10, 12 respectively are provided, and the bias source 46 is connected between the tabs 42 and 44. By taking the length l of one stab 44 out of the stabs 42 and 44 as variable, one end of the stab 44 is connected to the connecting point of the inductances L4, L5 to form the equivalent susceptance 48, allowing to compensate the modulation angle error through the adjustment of the length l. |
