PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a heat exchanger for combustible fluid in which mixing of a heating side fluid and a heated side fluid is suppressed. SOLUTION: In a multi-tube tubular heat exchanger, heat transfer tubes are formed in double tube structure and inert gas flows through the gap channel between the inner and outer tubes. The outer tubes are coupled each other, on the surface thereof, through a thermally conductive member.
