PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To maintain holding force of a clip to a mounting hole in an inner panel and the like, by letting the mounting part of a clip body exercise new holding force when an extracting load is applied to the clip body, even if deterioration due to aging and thermal deterioration are caused in the clip body in its used state. SOLUTION: In this clip, a clip body 10 mounted to a rib 52 formed on a member to be mounted (such as a center cluster 50) is inserted in the mounting hole 62 of a mounting plate (such as an inner panel 60), and thereby, the member to be mounted is detachably mounted to this mounting plate, and the clip body 10 is provided with a combining part 14 combinable to the rib 52 and a mounting part 16, which is elastically deformed to a designated condition by being inserted in the mounting hole 62, while holding a condition in which the clip pat 10 is mounted to the mounting plate by its elastic restoring force. The mounting part 16 has a resilient piece 20 having elasticity, and along with the elastic deformation of the mounting part 16, when the mounting part 16 passes through the mounting hole 62, the resilient piece 20 is determined, so as to produce elasticity in the direction reelling from it.
