TIRE FABRIC FOR REINFORCING RUBBER, ITS WEFT YARN AND METHOD FOR PRODUCING THE SAME

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a tire fabric improved in uniform holding properties of warp yarns by preventing the slippery at interlaced points of the warp yarns with weft yarns in the tire fabric and to provide a method for producing the tire fabric having a moderately high strength and stabilized quality by suppressing the occurrence of fly wastes caused in a weaving process for the tire fabric. SOLUTION: This tire fabric for reinforcing the rubber is characterized in that the warp yarns are filament yarns and the weft yarns are spun yarns of solvent-spun cellulosic fibers and the distance between the mutual adjacent weft yarns is >=5 mm. The tire fabric is especially suitable for a high-speed loom at >=400 rpm number of crank revolutions.
