PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method of manufacturing a woody cement board which is formed from a hot press by solving a conventional problem, which thereby is applicable to any size of the cement board without bursting a body, etc., in manufacturing, prevents a reduction of a water permeability resistance of an inner and outer surface and a used wire mesh from an adhesion of a cement material. SOLUTION: In the method of manufacturing the board which is pressed by a smoothing press plate after spreading a cement non-fluidity material consisting of thermosetting cement component, woody material and water on a mold plate, a feature of the method for manufacturing the board is to press after setting a wire mesh with a porosity of 25-36% a unit area on the spread non-fluidity material.
