PURPOSE: A hands-free device for applying a full-duplex communication method is provided to be connected with a GSM(Global System for Mobile communication) mobile telephone handset and perform a bidirectional conversation using the full-duplex communication method. CONSTITUTION: A car power unit(111) supplies a car power to an internal portion when the car power is selected. A battery(112) supplies a battery power to the internal portion when the battery power is selected. A charging unit(113) is connected with the car power for charging the battery power of a mobile telephone handset(200) when a charge mode is selected. An audio amplifying filter(115) transmits the power of the car power unit(111) or the battery(112) to the mobile telephone handset(200), amplifies a voice inputted through a microphone to transmit the amplified voice to the mobile telephone handset(200), and transmits a voice signal inputted from the mobile telephone handset(200) to the outside through a speaker phone. A multi-jack(120) supplies the power through the audio amplifying filter(115) to the mobile telephone handset(200), operates a car-mode for applying a full-duplex communication from the mobile telephone handset(200), and perform a bidirectional communication.
