PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a non-reciprocal circuit element capable of preventing the generation of interference at the time of bending center conductors corresponding to a rectangular magnetic substance to be used and improving the reliability of a junction part between the port part of the tip part of each center conductor and a capacitor element or an I/O terminal and a communication device using the non-reciprocal circuit element. SOLUTION: A rectangular ferrite element 54 is set up on the connection parts of center conductors 51-53 and the center conductors 51-53 extended from the connection parts to the outside are bent so as to cover the ferrite element 54 to constitute a magnetic assembly. In this case, the ports P1, P2 of the center conductors 51, 52 are formed asymmetrically so as not to interfere with each other at the time of bending the conductors 51, 52 to cover the ferrite element 54.
