PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent faulty electrification and faulty image formation caused by the surface staining of an electrifying roller and a photoreceptor drum by removing an additive and paper powder penetrating through a cleaning device. SOLUTION: This image forming device has a photoreceptor drum 1, an electrifying roller 2 rotating in contact with the outer peripheral surface of the drum 1, and an electrification cleaning part 10 abutting against both of them. The cleaning part 10 is provided with a cleaning brush 10a formed like a brush. The cleaning part 10 rotates, while the brush 10a abuts and rotates on the peripheral surfaces of the drum 1 and the roller 2. At a point (2), the brush 10a rubs the roller 2 and scrapes off the additive and the paper powder adhering to the roller 2. The brush 10a rubs against the drum 1 at a point (1), and the additive and the paper powder are scraped off from the roller 2, and further the additive and the paper powder penetrating through the cleaning blade of a cleaning device 9 are removed at the point (2).
