PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a seat for a vehicle applying an one-side reclining device, and capable of preventing the deformation of a seat back in being shocked, reducing the number of pieces of components to be lightened, being easily and quickly assembled, and improving its cost performance. SOLUTION: A retractor 23 is mounted on an upper ceiling 21 or a pillar at one free hinge 15 side of the seat back 13. The retractor 23 has a webbing member 25 provided with a tang 27 at its tip part, and the tang 27 of the webbing member 25 is removably locked to a buckle 31 formed on an upper part of one free hinge 15 side of the seat back 13. The webbing 25 of the retractor 23 is followed up when the seat back 13 is reclined forward or backward by the reclining device 17.
