PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide layout constitution of a pinwheel and a guide nail in a pachinko machine optimizing the relation between the pinwheel and the guide nail so as to smooth and stabilize the flow of pachinko balls shot into a play area. SOLUTION: This layout constitution has the pinwheel 1 with a plurality of blades 4 integrally formed at the outer peripheral edge of a shaft part 3 formed at the back face center part of a disc part 2 and with an axial hole 45 provided at the shaft part 3 to loosely insert a fixing shaft 8 of nail shape, and the guide nail 10 arranged at a game board, in close proximity to the pinwheel. In this case, the diametral dimension of the shaft part 3 of the pinwheel 1 is formed large to make the dimension L of a clearance formed between the outer peripheral edge of the shaft 3 and the guide nail 10, almost the same as the diametral dimension of a pachinko ball, thereby restraining the pachinko ball from passing through the clearance S.
