PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a reliable agency by simplifying electronic commercial transaction business. SOLUTION: An agency server provides software assisting customer's on-line commercial transaction business management. A user performs transaction through the agency server. A service is performed by connecting the agency server with agency customer component application software. The agency also offers a customer individual and credit card information used for single click transaction for the customer, a smart receipt used for continuing customer support, the setting of a dealer and product tastes and access of a direct response product in accordance with the tastes.
