PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a close magnetic circuit core which is lessened in thickness, excellent in magnetic characteristics, small in size, and easily wound with a wire without any trouble. SOLUTION: Three or more cylindrical magnetic cores 2 each provided with a hollow which is cut in the axial direction and through which a conductor is inserted are arranged in parallel and wrapped in a metal plate 4 provided with vent holes 7 into a multiple cylindrical core. The multiple cylindrical core has an excellent saturation magnetic characteristics in a wide band, comprising cylindrical cores of dissimilar materials and including cylindrical cores formed by rolling up magnetic sheeting of amorphous ultra-fine crystal alloy excellent in frequency characteristics and saturation magnetic characteristics. Furthermore, two or three conductors are continuously inserted into the multiple cylindrical core for the formation of a two-phase or three-phase power supply choke coil.
