PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an effecter platform to carry and/or operate an end part effecter to execute various mechanical works. SOLUTION: The effecter platform 120 of a completely automatic robot device creates a white board, a pin board or other vertical surface or to perform works on the vertical surface. The effecter platform 120 is designed so as to be suspended by two suspension wires 112, 114. A position of the effecter platform 120 is adjusted by winding the wires 112, 114 up or off. Power is supplied to the effecter platform 120 through the suspension wires 112, 114 or from a battery on a substrate. Control of a pen and/or other devices on the effecter platform 120 is achieved through adjustment of power voltage. Various end part effecters 130 such as a dry delete marker, a clamp element and a squeegee are embedded in the effecter platform 120.
