<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a silencer filter device in a new vacuum piping apparatus capable of reducing the number of components and simplifying the structure, and easily replacing a member for catching dirt and dust when the member is dirtied. SOLUTION: This silencer filter device 10 is provided in an intake part 3 of the vacuum piping apparatus 1 to regulate the vacuum pressure. This device is provided with a hollow tubular main body 11 having one end closed and an element 12 having air permeability fitted to the main body 11 in the externally covering state. The main body 11 is so constructed that a connecting structure 13 to the intake part 3 is provided on the open side, and a number vent holes 14 are formed in the other region.
