A lubricant supply device (10, fig 1) which is to be fitted to a nut member (3, fig 1) to supply lubricant to a screw shaft along with a relative motion of the nut member to the screw shaft. The supply device comprises: a plurality of lubrication application members 13, each having a tongue portion 12, which contacts a thread (2a, fig 1) of the screw shaft; a casing 29 for forming a lubrication storage member which supplies lubricant to the application members 13; and a plurality of control members 16 for controlling the amount of lubrication supplied from the storage member to the application members. |
