PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a system capable of constantly handling objects being conveyed by a conveyor even when conveying speed is changed. SOLUTION: After a PET bottle(polyethylene terephtalete bottle) B being conveyed on a belt conveyor 1 is photographed by a camera unit 3 for its position and time to be detected by an object detecting device 7, a contact position of the PET bottle B with a tip grasping part of a manipulator part 5 of a handling device 4 is determined by operation, and in grasping the PET bottle by the handling device 4, conveying speed of the belt conveyor 1 is detected at every specified time, thereby the contact position with the PET bottle B is newly determined at real time.
