PURPOSE: A method for increasing the load carrying capacity of a slab bridge and a PC beam bridge is provided to increase the reliability and the load carrying capacity by removing interlayer peeling. CONSTITUTION: A primer is made by mixing 45-55% of a solvent such as E.C(Ethyl. Cesolve) or MIBK(Methyl.Iso.Buthyl.Ketone), 0.8-1.2% of a hardening accelerator with 30-35% of a main agent and 15-17% of a hardener. In the half-hardening a film layer(4) after spreading the primer, an adhesive agent(6) is spread. In half-hardening the adhesive agent, a carbon fiber sheet(8) containing an immersing agent is stuck. The immersing agent is formed by mixing 68-71% of a main agent, 34-35.5% of a hardener and 0.8-2.5% of a hardening accelerator.
