PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent the generation of any unnecessary or non-urgent mechanism by preventing any excessive input, and to prevent the delay of the date of delivery by discovering any insufficient input early, and to realize scheduling including production at a production base with a time difference, and to realize the start of the scheduling at an arbitrary time. SOLUTION: This is a system in which a production scheduling device 60 of a host system 1000 receives basic information managed by the production base and management base or the like of a low rank system 200, and prepares a scheduling plan. This system is provided with a basic information storing part 10 for storing the basic information (information related with a product, information related with a mechanism, and information related with order reception) from the low rank system 200, an update information storing part 20 for storing fluctuating information from the low rank system 200, a comparing and updating part for comparing the basic information with update information, and for updating the basic information based on a preliminarily decided update rule, and a production schedule device 60 for calculating the necessary number of production, the necessary base of production, and the necessary date of production based on the updated information. |
