LOW TEMPERATURE COOLING APPARATUS

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To observe and measure the fine specific region of a sample over a temperature range from room temperature to low temperature. SOLUTION: In a low temperature cooling apparatus, the distance between a housing and a sample holding part is made short as compared with such a case that the support pipe connecting both of them has a linear shape. The relative positional change of the sample with respect to a cooling apparatus main body is reduced and the fine specific region of the sample can be quantitatively observed and measured over a temperature range from room temperature to low temperature.
