PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suppress an offset ghost resulting from eccentric components or the like in a system of timing belt-used connection, while maintaining inexpensiveness. SOLUTION: The pitch diameter and the number of teeth of drum driving pulleys 336 and 338 are set to fulfill a relation of pitch diameter/tooth number <1. That relation enables a selection of a timing belt for high-accuracy transmission 320 of pitches of 3 mm or less to thus reduce jitters between the timing belt 320 and the drum driving pulleys 336 and 338 and also suppress a deviation in the positional accuracy of the core wires of the timing belt 320.
