PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a concentrated wine composition excellent in appearance and fully provided with a strong body taste peculiar to wine which is stronger than that of the conventional concentrated wine compositions. SOLUTION: This pasty concentrated wine composition wherein at least one kind of fibrous substances and insoluble protein contained in tartar, flavonoid-containing materials, polyphenol-containing materials or fruits of grapes is homogeneously dispersed and held, is obtained by including modified starch, in particular, reduced dextrin. |
