<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for manufacturing a laminate which is solidly bonded without the use of an anchor coat agent and has a remarkably low level of smell. SOLUTION: This method for manufacturing a laminate consisting of a base material and an extruded laminate resin is a manufacturing method for the laminate including the following steps (1)-(4): (1) a surface activation process step: A surface activation process is applied to at least one face of the base material. (2) an ozonization step: The extruded laminate resin is melt extruded in the form of a film at resin temperatures of 180-340 deg.C and at least one face of the film is ozonized. (3) a contact-bonding step: The face subjected to the surface activation process of the base material in the step (1) and the ozonized face of the extruded laminate resin in the form of a film, obtained in the step (2) are brought into contact with each other and both are contact-bonded. (4) a modification action step: The extruded laminate resin face of the laminate obtained in the step (3) is subjected to an ozone contact action to remove the smell.</p> |
