PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To use the parts of device in common for normal use of an image forming device and for use of a finisher. SOLUTION: The output paper handling device comprises a device body 21 installed in an image forming device body 11 and provided, at vertically interspaced places, with a tray mounting member and a relay feed unit mounting member, an output paper guide mechanism 22 mounted in the device body to receive paper outputted from a paper output port 15 of the image forming device body and guide it to the output paper tray mounting member or relay feeder mounting member selectively, an output paper tray mounted on the tray mounting member of the device body to receive the paper guided by the output paper guide mechanism, and a relay feeder 23 mounted on the relay feeder mounting member of the device body in a vertically spaced relation to the output paper tray to receive the paper guided by the output paper guide mechanism and feed it to a sorter 101 disposed outside of the image forming device body.
