PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a spike for golf shoes, which does not damage the surface of a pavement or the surface of a floor or the like, and of which the wear- resistance is increased; and a pair of golf shoes wherein the spike is used. SOLUTION: In this spike for golf shoes, for a protuberance section provided at least on the ground-touching surface section, a rubber composition, which contains an ethylenic unsaturated nitrile-conjugated diene based highly saturated copolymer rubber wherein the hydrogenation rate is 60% or higher, and a metallic salt of an ethylene based unsaturated carboxylic acid, is used.
