PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce the circuit scale by composing an interpolation filter and a quadrature modulation part in with digital circuits. SOLUTION: This quadrature modulation system related to digitization can make the sampling frequency of data after digital quadrature modulation half, can also perform signal transmission with the same amount of information and at the same information rate as in the conventional technique and can further make a data interpolation circuit simpler than in the conventional system by using two sets each from discrete data streams consisting of an in-phase component and a quadrature component to perform digital quadrature modulation. |
