COMPOSITE SHEET AND LAMINATED BOARD USING IT

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a composite sheet and a laminated board which uses a nonfabric base material to provide a printed wiring board of high rigidity. SOLUTION: The composite sheet is provided where a nonfabric base material is impregnated with a thermo-setting resin and then the resin is semi-solidified. The nonwoven fabric base material comprises a main fiber wherein 85-95 wt.% of the nonwoven fabric base material is of tensile elastic modulus 90-300 GPa. The laminated board comprises the composite sheet and a metal foil laminated together.
