PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a mounting structure of an oil separator capable of increasing the supporting rigidity of the oil separator. SOLUTION: Cross members 6, 7 are mounted on a front part of a sub-frame 5 supporting a freezing container 3 of a refrigerated vehicle 1 at an arbitrary interval in the car width direction, and an oil separator stay 23 is mounted between the cross members 6, 7 through a rubber vibration insulator 20. The oil separator stay 23 is provided with a shielding plate 25 having the U-shaped cross-section, clamps 18 are mounted on upper and lower positions inside the shielding plate 25, and the oil separator 11 is supported by the clamps 18. The lower part of the shielding plate 25 is slightly projected downward from a lower part of the oil separator 11, and a capillary tube 12 connected to the lower part of the oil separator 11 is mounted at a part lower than the shielding plate 25 in a state of fully exposed.
