The adjustable height handlebar has a sliding handlebar (1) which is biased upwardly. The sliding handlebar has bars at its ends which slide in sleeves. Locking screws (2) lock the bars at the required height. Further screws (3) clamp the adjustable handlebar assembly to the handle uprights of the pushchair. The clamps allow the handlebar to be adjusted for angle by raising and lowering it.
