PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a lens device which is miniaturized while securing the stable operation of a barrel body by forming a cam groove and a straight advance groove are crossing. SOLUTION: A second lens cam groove 21 to move a second lens barrel along an optical axis 20 and a moving barrel straight advance groove 22 to guide a moving barrel along optical axis 20 are formed on the inner peripheral surface of a rotary barrel 17, and the second lens cam groove 21 and the moving barrel straight advance groove 22 are formed so as to be respectively crossed. Thus, the inclining angle of the second lens cam groove 21 is freely set regardless of the existence of the moving barrel straight advance groove 22, so that the second lens barrel is stably operated. Also, the lens device is made as small as possible in size.
