PURPOSE: A device for fabricating flat display is provided to prevent a tilt of a display and easily be capable of assembling work by exactly coupling a flat display and a bracket. CONSTITUTION: A device(50) comprises a base(60), a swivel base(70), and stopper(80). The base(60) comprises a floor(62), a rung(64), a mullion, and an intermediate(68) located on the floor(62). The rung(64), mullion(66), and intermediate(68) are supported by the swivel base(70) and comprised by the swivel base(70) so as to circle to the direction working of worker. A first stopper(80) and second stopper(82) are installed on the upper face of the rung(64), mullion(66), and intermediate(68). The first stopper(80) is installed so as to support the corner of a flat display and a first bracket. The second stopper(82) is installed so as to support the side of a flat display and a first bracket.
