PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a blind device for a window extremely facilitating the replacement of a blind sheet for an electric train. SOLUTION: One end of a connecting sheet 13 is connected to a winding shaft 12 provided at the interior side upper part of the window 2, and the winding start side end part of the blind sheet 15 is detachably connected to the other end of the connecting sheet 13 through a sliding fastener 14. An operating bar 16 is detachably connected to the winding end side end part of the blind sheet 15, and both end parts of the operating bar 16 are slidably inserted in a lateral pair of guide grooves 9 extending in a vertical direction. The winding shaft 12 is whirl-stopped in the pulled-out state of the connecting sheet 13 from the winding shaft 12, and in the whirl-stopped state, the connection of the blind sheet 15 to the connecting sheet 13 and operating bar 16 is released to change the blind sheet 15.
