PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sub-woofer system that can enhance phase interference between a main speaker and a sub-woofer at a crossover point by adopting a configuration where a group delay time in a real time digital signal processing section of a digital system can optionally be set. SOLUTION: The sub-woofer system consists of a real time digital signal processing section 5 comprising an A/D converter block 5a, a low-pass filter block 5b, a delay block 5c, and a D/A converter block 5d, of an analog power amplifier 6, and of a speaker 7, and setting a delay time of the delay block 5c can process a group delay time of the digital signal processing section 5 so that the group delay time in matches a time of an integer multiple of a time equivalent to one wavelength of a crossover point frequency with respect to a main speaker 4.
