PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To economically reduce self-inductance of an electrolytic capacitor composed of a wound body set up in a cup-shaped, container, an electric insulating sealing plate which seales the cup-shaped container, and plural and minus through sections which are arranged in the sealing plate to make the wound body electrically connectable to external contacts. SOLUTION: The interval between the sealing plate and wound body is specified to a small value so that the strips of the same electrode and the folded sections of the strips may be arranged closely to each other in parallel with each other and the sealing plate.
