PURPOSE: A vibration system, method for manufacturing vibration system and micro speaker is provided to achieve a broad band high power reproduction without causing sound distortions. CONSTITUTION: A micro speaker comprises a cylindrical yoke(12) having a recess; a frame(18) coupled to the outer periphery of the yoke so as to form three-stepped recesses together with the yoke; a magnet(11) mounted at the bottom of the recess of the yoke, and which generates a non-alternating magnetic field; a plate(14) mounted onto the magnet, and which forms a magnetic gap(G11) between the outer periphery of the plate and the upper end of the inner periphery of the yoke; a voice coil(17) for generating alternating magnetic field upon applying of electrical driving signal from an external source, and which is disposed in the magnetic gap and shifts location in a vertical direction in accordance with the interaction with the non-alternating magnetic field generated from the magnet; an integrated type bobbin cap(23) having a bobbin portion(21) an outer periphery of which is wound with the voice coil, and a dome-shaped cap portion(22) formed integrally with the top of the bobbin cap; and a vibration plate(16) having an inner periphery coupled to the cap portion of the bobbin cap and an outer periphery supported at the bottom surface of the uppermost recess of the three-stepped recesses of the frame, wherein the vibration plate generates sound corresponding to the driving signal when the coil shifts location in a vertical direction.
