PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a composite material easily supplying two or more kinds of materials, having a strong composite state and easily not coming off each other. SOLUTION: In a composite material in which a dissimilar material is embedded in a base material, the outer periphery of the dissimilar material is embedded in the base material plastically worked, further, the composite material is manufactured by forming while causing the base material 1 to flow into the space around the dissimilar material 2 having a small cross sectional area in a forming space, the dissimilar material 2 is embedded into the base material 1.
