PURPOSE: A TPS(Transmission Parameter Signalling) extraction device of a DVB-T(Digital Video Broadcasting-Terrestrial) receiver system is provided to detect exact TPS data, and to improve a reliability of the DVB-T receiver system by choosing only the reliable TPS carrier value on the basis of CSI(Channel State Information) data gotten through a pilot information. CONSTITUTION: A TPS(Transmission Parameter Signalling) extraction device of a DVB-T(Digital Video Broadcasting-Terrestrial) receiver system includes a CSI(Channel State Information) calculation part(201), a TPS extraction part(202), a TPS location information storing part(203), and a DBPSK(Differential Binary Phase Shift Keying) encoding part(204). The CSI calculation part(201) finds out current channel information by comparing values of a scattered pilot location or a continual pilot location. The TPS extraction part(202) decides a location of a TPS carrier by using the information transferred by the CSI calculation part(201), and outputs location information(POSI_INFO) according to the location of the TPS carrier. The TPS location information storing part(203) generates control information(CTL_INFO) for appointing a reliable TPS carrier by using the location information(POSI_INFO) transferred by the TPS extraction part(202). The DBPSK encoding part(204) extracts reliable TPS data(TPS_DATA) by using the control information(CTL_INFO) transferred by the TPS location information storing part(203).
