PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vehicular floor structure capable of reducing the moment generated in an ankle when impact from the front is applied to a vehicle. SOLUTION: A heel stopper is arranged in a front end part upper of a floor panel in response to an accelerator pedal arranged in a vehicle driver's seat. This heel stopper is fixed. A slide board slidable on the floor panel is arranged on the floor panel. This heel stopper is constituted so as to be engageable with a heel part of an occupant, and regulates a forward movement of a heel by the engagement. When the impact from the front is applied to the vehicle, the heel part is regulated on the forward movement by the engagement with the heel stopper, and is moved backward by a backward slide of the heel stopper and the slide board.
