PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a microlens array on which a reinforcing plate can be adhered with good accuracy a method of producing the array and a display device. SOLUTION: The method of producing a microlens array includes a first process to tightly adhere a first light-transmitting layer 30 consisting of a first light-transmitting precursor 28 having a plurality of lenses 34 formed and a reinforcing plate 40 through a second light-transmitting precursor 42 and second process to form a second light-transmitting layer 44 between the first light- transmitting layer 30 and the reinforcing plate 40. The edge 36 of the first light-transmitting layer 30 is deformed by heat or the like in the first process.
