PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the electric power resistance of a superconducting filter which uses a conductor film pattern, made of a high-temperature superconductor by greatly relaxing the electric field concentration of a conductor film pattern and to sufficiently comply with a demand for size reduction. SOLUTION: On the surfaces of substrates 106 and 107, grooves 118a to 123a are formed, where standing waves of electrical signals of conductor film patterns 115, 116 and 117 are generated and electric fields converge, i.e., substrate sections which surround the peripheral edge parts of the conductor film patterns 115, 116 and 117 and include the conductor film patterns, so that the practical maximum size, i.e., the groove sectional size along the width is <=1/4λ, and the grooves 118a to 123a are filled with dielectrics 118 to 123 having less dielectric constants than the dielectrics constituting the substrates 106 and 107.
