SOLUTION: Switch input methods 41a and 41b are attached on a handy operator 105 and a grip 106, and at least one pat of the handy operator 195, extension pipe 107 and a floor inhalator 108 is attached with a notice method 42, and the written controlling circuit above controls operation signal's input of the switch input methods 41a and 41b above and the notice method 42 noticing at an input-output part.
