PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To restrict the operation control of a boom but perform stop control of a vehicle and illumination on a working table when the vehicle travels in a travel-possible supported state. SOLUTION: This control device allows travel-possible support with an outrigger jack and the vehicle to travel in a travel-possible supported state with the working table being lifted and moved and to travel in a non-supported state only when a lifting device and the working table are being stored. The control device comprises an oil pressure supply device for supplying operating oil pressure to a hydraulically operated actuator for operating the lifting device and a power supply device for supplying power required for the working table. When the vehicle travels in the travel-possible supported state, the oil pressure supplied by the oil pressure supply device is cut off but the power is supplied by the power supply device, and when the vehicle travels in a non-supported state, the oil pressure supplied by the oil pressure supply device is cut off and the power supplied by the power supply device is also cut off.
