MOBILE TELEPHONE HAVING WIRETAP DETECTING FUNCTION AND METHOD FOR DETECTING WIRETAP USING THEREOF

PURPOSE: A mobile telephone having a wiretap detecting function and a method for detecting a wiretap using the mobile telephone are provided to assemble a simple and additional configuration for detecting a wiretap, so as to detect the wiretap and a hidden camera. CONSTITUTION: A duplexer(10) divides frequency signals received through an antenna into RF(Radio Frequency) band signals and signals of a frequency band used in wiretap. A communication RF signal processor(20) converts the communication RF signals into signals capable of being demodulated. A BPF(Band Pass Filter,30) performs BPF for signals of the frequency band used in the wiretapping. An amplifier(40) amplifiers the filtered frequency signals. A controller(50) receives the signals capable of being demodulated, for demodulation, and decides the detection of wiretapping signals based on a power level of the amplified signals. An alarm/display unit(60) performs alarm or display according to a result decided of the controller(50).
