PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily carry out maintenance operation by a method wherein irrespective of an operating posture, a side handle can be made easily gripped, vibration from a main body housing can be made hardly transmissible, and an operation property is improved. SOLUTION: A portable power-driven operating machine comprises a top grip part 30A along an upper face part 12a of a main body housing 12 containing an operation part 20 and a motor 70 built-in; and a rear side connector part 30B extended to the rear side of the main body housing from the top grip part. A top handle 30 of a side view almost fallen L shape wherein the rear side connection part is connected to a rear side part 12b of the main body housing; and a side handle 40 wherein its one end part 40a is integrally connected or connected by integral molding near to the front edge part of the top grip part, and the other end part 40b thereof is integrally connected or connected by integral molding near to the lower end part of the rear side connection part, are provided.
