The invention may be applied in hydroelectric stations, hydroamelioration, arrangement of territories, water and natural gas distribution system. The system includes:1 - An accumulating pool with weir for overfilling and water outlet through the drain weir for cleaning out of the pool with dam and surge tower, functioning in common for creating pressure, by which Q-flood of tide into the pool = Q- turbine intake a, b, and obtaining Q = 1 m3/s a P-active = 8 MW according to the laboratory experimental data.2 - The HDS dam of reinforced concrete, proceeding from statics and strength of materials, with weir for overfilling and cleanout of the accumulating pool.3 - Throttle solenoid valve TSV-1, actuated by a servomotor with reduction gear SMR-1, and controlled restraining arm.4 - Approach channel, submerged type, of reinforced concrete with the calculation angle ?1.5 - A surge tower of reinforced concrete with the minimum time constant ?T, according to calculation.6 - (a, b) Throttle solenoid valves a, b, actuated by a servomotor with reduction gear SMR-a, b.7 - By-pass equipment for power pipe-lines, realizing opening-closing of the solenoid valves; for addition and drainage with the aim of smoothing the force FR.8 - (a, b) Power pipe-lines having a shell of stainless steel with small ?pi and laminar regime.9 - Hydraulic turbines with ? = 1 and optimal hydrodynamic effect.10 - Electric generators with ? ? 1, s = 0, small armature reaction and great Pa.11 - Auxilliary services with program switching-off and ? = 1.Claims: 2Fig.: 2
