PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pocket holder which mounting thereof on various devices and apparatuses at a lower cost. SOLUTION: Meltable nonwoven fabrics or a base sheet 7 and a bag sheet 9 made from a film are integrated by ultrasonic diffusion US to form a pocket- shaped housing space C. An affix layer 3 is formed on the rear of the base sheet 7 as a fastening means on the surface of an object to be mounted to make a pocket holder 1.
