PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a power dispatching device which has means for detecting operation fault of an interlock relay or tendency of it, means for improving detecting accuracy, and means for detecting operation fault of an interlock relay contactors automatically in its early stages and informing it. SOLUTION: The power dispatching device which dispatches power to loads via the interlock relay 86 has means 51 which determines reference values T1s and T2s according to load quantity connected to the power source via the interlock relay 86, means 51 which detects ON/OFF switching delays T1 and T2 of the contactors a and b of the relay 86 which responds to ON/OFF commanding signal from an interlock switch 73, and means 51 and 20 which give information corresponding to T1 and T2 lengths in comparison with T1s and T2s lengths. In the situation 1, the interlock relay 86 makes and breaks two circuits and MPU 51 detects order reversing of T1 and T2 of every circuit and informs abnormal contacting of the interlock relay 86. |
