PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an ultrasonic machining tool manufacturing method omitting alignment works of the tool in the ultrasonic machining and surely aligning the tool. SOLUTION: The ultrasonic machining tool manufacturing device 10 is provided with an ultrasonic spindle 14 possible installing unfinished micro-diameter drill 20, an ultrasonic spindle 17 arranged in the different direction from the ultrasonic spindle 14 and provided with a diamond wheel 22 for grinding the micro-diameter drill 20 while aligning it, and a workpiece holding tool 19 arranged in a position possible of being ground by a completed micro-diameter drill 21 in a state installed in the ultrasonic spindle 14.
