PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a linear body winding/binding apparatus capable of easily winding a linear body such as a cord and binding the wound linear body not to be loosened. SOLUTION: A rod-like object such as a finger is inserted into a hole bored on a band-like object, the linear body such as the cord is wound on the rod-like object, and the rod-like object is extracted after the linear body is wound. The wound linear body is put on the band-like object made of a metal capable of being deformed and keeping the shape, then it is engulfed from both sides so that an adhesive member applied on the band-like object sticks the band-like object together, and the wound linear body can be bound not to be loosened.
