PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve such a problem that, when the addition amount of a silicone resin and fluoroplastic resin in a molded object is excessively increased in order to apply antistaining properties, physical characteristics such as mechanical strength and moldability are deteriorated and the cost is also increased in the case of the fluoroplastic resin. SOLUTION: The content of a fluoroplastic resin and an antibacterial agent in the surface of a surface layer 1 is made larger than that of them in the surface of a base material resin 4. The fluoroplastic resin and the antibacterial agent may not be added to the base material resin 4 itself. The surface layer 1 is preferably formed by bonding a molded object having at least a surface layer to the surface of the base material resin through an adhesive layer but may be formed by coating or transfer. Further, a composite molded object including the first part of the base material resin 4 and the surface layer may be joined, preferably bonded to the second part of the base material resin 4. For example, the composite molded object has a cylindrical shape and is joined, preferably bonded to the peripheral surface of the second part.
